In the present study, A2780 CP and SKOV-3 cells, relevant to ovarian cancer granulosa as normal were evaluated through cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) directly, indirectly, by a concomitant modality of plasma-activated medium (PAM) with common drugs overcome chemotherapy resistance in cancer. Our results confirm high potential PAM comparison CAP for selected cell lines, selectivity mechanism was related pH concentration H2O2, NO2?, NO3? reactive species plasma-treated medium. data that alone combination carboplatin sensitizes cells carboplatin, inhibits SOD1 gene, selectively induces apoptosis accompanied expression p53, bax, activation caspase-3.
